Nature-Based Psychedelic Integration
“I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put together.”
– John Burroughs
Healing and Integration with Nature
Psychedelics increase something called "Nature Relatedness" - the feelings of connectedness we have with the natural environment. When we spend time outdoors, our stress hormones decrease, our focus and attention are restored, and we prevent disease. Including nature therapy after psychedelics is a critical element of integration and making change lasting.
Monthly Nature-Based Integration Group
Hosted in collaboration with Wild and Wonderful Life Counseling.
Held every second Saturday of the month, from 3-5pm. $45 Per group.

Why Integrate Outdoors?
Natural Stress Relief
Bird song, green/blue light and contact with trees have all been scientifically proven to reduce stress. When we meet outdoors our nervous systems naturally calm, making it a perfect place to do challenging inner work.

Nature as Co-Therapist
When we go outside with intention, nature shows up too. The relationship we develop with our outdoor spaces reflects the relationship we have with ourselves and others. It's the perfect place to experiment, learn trust and heal.

Unexpected Lessons
Expect the unexpected, and expect to learn. Maybe it's changing weather, or an animal visitor - the randomness we experience outside is often our best visitor.

Perfect Alignment
Psilocybin enhances what's called "Nature Relatedness," or, a feeling of being connected to nature. This change can last indefinitely. Nature is also the place, other than psychedelics, we most often feel "awe," a significant contributor to overall wellbeing.
